Animal Charity Merchandise That Supports Your Rescue
Turn the support for your animal rescue, sanctuary or welfare charity into merchandise sales. Share your branded shop with adopters, volunteers and supporters while BowYEAH handles printing, packing, dispatch and customer enquiries. There is no setup fee, monthly fee or stock to buy upfront.
What will my charity earn per shirt?
Your charity earns the selling price minus the BowYEAH production cost and applicable charges. There is no fixed profit per shirt: it depends on the product and the price you choose. Check the current catalogue and agree the costs before launch. Delivery charges are not charity earnings, and refunds or adjustments can change the final payout. Earnings from paid orders are due at the end of the following month. Our charity guide includes a clearly labelled example to help you work out a margin; it is not a product quote or a promise of sales.
What does BowYEAH handle after someone orders?
BowYEAH handles the customer’s payment, printing, packing, dispatch and order support, including delivery enquiries, returns and refunds. You provide approved artwork, promote your range and review sales in your seller account. Tracking appears when it is added to the order. Your earnings are the selling price less production costs and applicable charges, with payouts due at the end of the month following the order. You do not need to keep stock or post each customer’s parcel yourself.
Keep funds available for animal care
Products are printed after supporters order, so you do not need to fund a batch of stock before launching.
Give volunteers their time back
We handle orders, delivery questions and returns so your team does not need a packing rota.
Make your organisation recognisable
Build a range around your rescue logo, campaign artwork or animal illustrations you have permission to use.
Reach the supporters you already have
Share your store in newsletters, social posts, adoption updates and fundraising events. An engaged community matters more than a large follower count.
An online fundraising shop for your animal charity
Use a branded merchandise store to raise funds from your existing supporters. Share it with adopters, volunteers and donors through your website, newsletters and social channels. Supporters buy directly from your shop, and BowYEAH handles printing and dispatch. Your rescue receives the earnings after production costs and applicable charges.
Fundraising merchandise for animal rescues
A rescue shop can give supporters a way to show their connection to your work through T-shirts, hoodies, mugs and tote bags. Start with a focused range around your organisation rather than a large catalogue. You approve the branding and products before the store is made public.
Campaigns, open days and adoption communities
Use a permanent shop link for everyday support, then highlight relevant designs during appeals, rescue anniversaries or open days. You choose how to promote each range. Print-on-demand production means you do not need to predict demand or hold leftover campaign stock.
Understand what each sale earns
Each product has a base cost and a selling price. Review the amount your organisation will earn before publishing, and explain it clearly to supporters. Earnings are paid monthly; merchandise income depends on sales, so there is no guaranteed fundraising total.

Can a small animal rescue apply?
Yes. Tell us about your organisation and the community you can reach, such as adopters, volunteers, local supporters or newsletter readers. You do not need an existing merchandise shop to apply.
Do our volunteers need to post orders?
No. BowYEAH handles production, packing, dispatch and customer enquiries for orders placed through the store.
Can we use photographs or stories of rescued animals?
You can propose artwork based on your rescue and animals, provided you have permission to use the photographs, illustrations and other content. We can discuss suitable designs before you approve the range.
How much will our rescue earn?
Your earnings depend on product costs, selling prices and the number of orders. Review the product margins before launching and tell supporters accurately how purchases help your organisation.
Can we launch a range for a fundraising appeal?
Yes. A campaign range can sit within your rescue's store and be promoted through your existing channels. Products are made after purchase, so no advance stock order is needed.
