Your charity earns the selling price minus the BowYEAH production cost and applicable charges. There is no fixed profit per shirt: it depends on the product and the price you choose. Check the current catalogue and agree the costs before launch. Delivery charges are not charity earnings, and refunds or adjustments can change the final payout. Earnings from paid orders are due at the end of the following month. What does BowYEAH handle after someone orders?

BowYEAH handles the customer’s payment, printing, packing, dispatch and order support, including delivery enquiries, returns and refunds. You provide approved artwork, promote your range and review sales in your seller account. Tracking appears when it is added to the order. Your earnings are the selling price less production costs and applicable charges, with payouts due at the end of the month following the order. You do not need to keep stock or post each customer’s parcel yourself.

No. Setup is free, there is no monthly fee, and items are only produced once a supporter has paid, so no charity funds are spent on stock.

Can we run a shop for a single campaign or event?

Yes. Ranges can be listed for a campaign or event and retired afterwards, because nothing is manufactured in advance.

Can we sell tickets for fundraising events?

Yes. Ticket products support several price tiers with their own availability limits, and no delivery charge is applied to them.

How much does it cost to open a BowYEAH store?

There is no setup cost. BowYEAH helps you set up your store, prints and despatches the orders and covers production, so you pay nothing upfront and nothing monthly. Products are only manufactured once a customer has paid for them. If you need design help, we're happy to assist.

How do I get paid?

Your earnings are the selling price less production costs and applicable charges. Payouts are due at the end of the month following the order. Review your pricing before launch; sales are not guaranteed.

Who handles printing, postage and customer service?

BowYEAH does. Orders are printed and dispatched from the UK, and BowYEAH handles order emails, delivery questions, returns and refunds so you are not answering support messages.

How long does it take to go live?

Most stores are ready within a week of the artwork being agreed. You get a private preview link first, so you can review every product and page before anything is made public.
